Day 1 - Falling for Kashmir: Arrival & Srinagar City Tour
Srinagar is a city of hidden romance emanating from inside the Mughal Architecture. Your Kashmir Vacation begins when your private transfer meets you at the airport and escorts you to a luxurious hotel located near the city center. Start your city tour after getting fresh at the hotel, visit the historical Mughal Gardens built by Mughal Emperor Jehangir. Make your way through the Shalimar garden, Nishat Garden, the Royal Spring known as the Chesma-Shahi and Parimahal. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background. Later in the evening visit centuries old Shankaracharaya Temple on the majestic Mount Suleiman. Day 2 - Sonmarg Excursion - A Paradise within Paradise, Its Sonmarg time (80 kms; 2-2.5 hours)
Escape to the sublime and peaceful setting of Sonmarg for a full day excursion. The journey is going to be an extremely mesmerizing one. The drive to Sonamarg is through yet another spectacular facet of country side in Kashmir, and you will come across Sindh Nallah. As you reach Sonmarg around afternoon, you will be dropped at the main tourist area from where one can enjoy sightseeing of Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point & other sightseeing points through the Union cab on direct payment basis. These placeswhich may be covered with glittering snow all the year round. Wander your way through the breathtaking valleys with beautiful Sindh River gushing along surrounded with pines and firs on the snow clad mountains as you return to Srinagar in the evening. Day 3 - Pahalgam tour with night stay - Legendary countryside and Wonderful Landscapes (90 kms;3 hours)
After breakfast, check out from Srinagar and start moving towards Pahalgam. The route will give a rare opportunity to visit the Saffron fields. At the foothills of the mountains in Pahalgam, you can feel how dominant is the span of nature. As the sun begins to set along the horizon, enjoy a fun filled Shikara boat ride on scenic Dal Lake/Nageen Lake taking you into different world altogether.
